What we are going to learn today

  • Identify who you can speak to if you need help.

Below is a short animation about ‘Individual Health and Well-Being’. Please play the animation and then discuss what you see with your teacher and classmates. You might decide to do this in small groups or the whole class may decide to do it together. Either way is fine.
