  • Identify the best people you can trust to help you.

Below is a short animation about ‘Individual Health and Well-Being’. Please play the animation and then discuss what you see with your teacher and classmates. You might decide to do this in small groups or the whole class may decide to do it together. Either way is fine.

Things to discuss

  1. Why it is important to keep yourself safe.
  2. Understand it is okay to be upset if you feel people are not treating you well.
  3. Understand that some people may pretend to be your friend.
  4. Identify the people you can trust and who will help you.
